What is does.

• Updates stock levels on a constant basis of a Dropshipzone products in your store.
• Updates prices and sale price (plus sale dates) on a constant basis.
• Shows you when a product is discontinued and make is a draft product.
• Imports products from selected category into your store.

What is does not do.

• Set shipping on a per product basic (not possible in Woocommerce).
  
• Place order’s on DSZ automatically.

We have the solution for you – Our plugin will remove this tedious daily chore and keep your products up to date via the API that runs on a cron job 24 hours a day.

How it Works

Once you launch the product updater a monitor page will show your product stock, price and sale info updated in real time. This can be done as a once off to quickly update all products if you have recently done a product import. You can also enable the Cron Job to automatically updates your product even if the plugin is closed.

• Product sale price will be set with start and end dates provided in the Dropshipzone.
• Cron job to automatically updates products in your store 24/7 even if the plugin page is closed (1 page as per settings every 5 minutes).
• Products can be imported via the plugin by selecting categories from DSZ with filters to import into Woocommerce (Filters include: Exclude discontinued products and Direct import products, Free shipping only, DSZ products only, stock filter and updated in a certain time frame.

Fields in Plugin Settings

• Categories to Exclude – You can choose to exclude a specific category if you choose. These categories of products will be skipped when updating.
• Categories to Include – You can choose to include only specific categories if you choose. These categories of products will be included when updating.
• DSZ API Username – Your Dropshipzone API username
• DSZ API Password – Your Dropshipzone API password, this API username and password is different to your DSZ website login
• DSZ Min Stock – This will mark products as out of stock when the stock inventory reaches this value.You will also need to change this setting in your Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of stock threshold, to match
• Base Shipping Zone – This will be used to calculate you final price
  Depending on how you have setup your shipping you can choose to select a base shipping zone that gets included in the final selling price
  e.g the Cheapest Zone (VIC_M)  + Shipping as set for that Zone in Woocommerce Shipping
  or (WA_R) the most expensive and free shipping, as the shipping price is already added to the product

• Price Markup – (e.g for 25% enter 1.25) Final price will be calculated as (COST + BASE SHIPPING ZONE PRICE) x MARKUP then rounded to .95
• Page size and Batch Delay – DSZ allows a max of 60 products per minute, so you can adjust these settings to meet those criteria.
