Download and install like you do with all other plugins.
There are no settings to worry about just add your tags to products. You can also bulk add tags to products with the built-in WordPress bulk editor.
Should work with most themes as it uses default “woocommerce_before_shop_loop” hook to insert the dropdown. Will not show on Shop or Search pages only on the Category pages.
